[Shukugawa/Handmade Soba] We offer exquisite dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Suitable for small groups (up to 20 people). Course meals starting from ¥4,600. In spring 2020, the owner, who had been with Tsuchiyamajin for over 10 years, decided to branch out on his own. Wabisuke's commitment is uncompromising in all aspects of our restaurant, from soba noodles and snacks to course meals, sake, and tableware. Wabisuke sources whole buckwheat directly from contracted farmers and mills it into flour in the basement of the restaurant. We will be closed on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 11th, 17th (evening), 18th, and 25th of March. Only course meals are available for reservations on weekends and holidays. Please note that we do not have contracted parking.
