Picked up the sim card at airport. Initially having problem to install the SIM card, but the seller was very helpful and the sim was successfully installed. Line was smooth during the first few days used.

When I arrived at Taoyuan Airport to leave the country, I remembered that I didn’t have a sim card, and there was no way to go back and get it. My heart went cold for a moment. Due to the typhoon in Taiwan, the flight was canceled and I was stranded in Japan. The previous network card was about to expire. It doesn't feel very good. I placed an order for an internet card in January and arrived in Japan in April. They emailed me the day before to remind me to pick it up in April. But when I arrived in Japan, they told me that it was only valid for two months. Then why could I buy it three months in advance? When I arrived at the site, there was no internet and I was not allowed to pick up the card. I had to get a refund and buy it again. The Internet access to Japan is not very stable and the speed is very slow, so I don’t recommend buying it.

I bought 3 cards, but the reception on all 3 phones was very slow. When we ordered food at the Daban restaurant, we had to ask the store for wifi before we could place the order. The only thing worth praising is that the female staff at the counter at the Japanese airport were very friendly.
