We booked an airport pickup, but the store told us they didn't have a pickup! They even provided a pickup—but the name of the pickup wasn't on it! This left seven of us, young and old, waiting for a taxi at a deserted airport late at night! The pickup waited until everyone else had left, but they still didn't pick us up!
