MOCOMOCO Kimono Asakusa Kaminarimon is conveniently located in the popular Asakusa shopping district. Popular Tokyo attractions like Sensō-ji Temple, Kaminarimon Gate, and Tokyo Skytree are all within walking distance!

Choose a kimono: There are 1,000 kimonos for you to choose from. There are also high-end furisode and visiting clothes for you to choose from. There is no hidden cost. You can choose according to the KKDAY plan (the plan can be changed temporarily).

Hair design: A first-class hairstylist will do Japanese hairstyle for you. The hair accessories are handmade by senior teachers. They are beautiful and unique, making you stand out among the crowd!

We provide traditional costume dressing experience services. Come and experience the charm of Japanese traditional costumes.

The store always stocks cute and fashionable furisode kimonos and the latest ultra-luxury furisode kimonos. It is recommended to rent a set of gorgeous furisode kimonos and visit famous attractions such as Kiyomizudera Temple, Ninnezaka, Sannenzaka, Hanamikojiji, etc. to leave unforgettable memories.

We stock the latest lace kimonos and yukatas that are popular among young Japanese girls, as well as a variety of accessories to choose from.

My husband and I booked a reservation for a couples kimono/yukata/furisode the day of and the process was super quick and easy. Lots of outfits, accessories, bags, and sandals to choose from. I have long hair all the way to my belly button and she did my hair so quick, we were both amazed. The senso-ji Buddhist temple was also a close walk, with lots of picture taking opportunities. I attached a picture of my backside for reference.

This was one of the best experiences I had in Kyoto. The women working here are so helpful and the details were perfect. My hair stylist picked my hair decorations and it was perfect and I asked the lady checking us in to help pick the obi decorations which were also perfect. Again, I highly recommend this experience.

Reasonably priced with a very efficient service. My wife rented the kimono and we added the hair package - stylists were very experienced and did very well! Wide variety of kimonos and yukatas as well. Reasonably close to heritage streets on the walk towards Kiyomizudera Temple to take many photos!

The shop had a wide selection of clothes, all of which were very beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the braided hairstyles were also gorgeous! The photographer was also very professional and enthusiastic. I was extremely satisfied.
