I especially appreciate the hotel staff. Due to my schedule, I was unable to enjoy afternoon tea at the designated time, but their staff tried their best to cooperate and let us enjoy it in advance, which made us very happy. The quality of afternoon tea was also very good. I highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby is decorated in a simple and gorgeous way. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The reception attitude of the service staff is satisfactory and polite! Thanks to the male staff outside the hotel for their attentive assistance. The afternoon tea is quite rich, the breakfast environment is comfortable and spacious, and the food quality is satisfactory.

The front desk staff are polite, considerate and attentive. Like it! However, the swimming pool will not be open until summer. I hope I can enjoy it next time I go! The environment is very quiet, and it is not far to walk to the nearby shopping malls. The road is straight and easy to walk. Don't be afraid of getting lost.

Nini Lou at the front desk was very helpful in arranging the room. I also met Candy Wang, the Finance Manager on duty, who was very hospitable and provided snacks. It was a pity that the swimming pool was closed when I checked in, and the specific dinner still needs room for improvement.

The hotel was just built this year, the facilities are very new and the front desk customer service guy is polite! However, the afternoon tea included in the package needs to be booked in advance, and the terms and conditions were not stated when booking.
