The travel agency did not explain clearly that we had to get the number plate for the next day's disembarkation the night before. If we got it too late, we would disembark very late. On June 16, our ship disembarked an hour late due to strong winds. The original meeting time was 9 o'clock, but they said that we would not wait for those who were late. We got on the bus at around 9 o'clock and were the first group of guests to get on the bus. Then everyone got on the bus one after another. Someone in the group said that the number plate they got would not be disembarked until 10:30. I was really dumbfounded. What happened to the agreement that we would not wait for those who were late? More than 20 people on the bus were waiting very angrily. The tour leader said that she did not dare to drive without the company's consent. The crisis management was very bad, sacrificing the rights of the majority to wait for the minority. I was so angry about going on a happy trip.
