Redemption took a little time to process (approximately 10 minutes) as the team worked out the details with Kkday/HungryHub, but the staff remained polite and courteous throughout. The ambience and food quality did not quite match the standards typically associated with the Marriott group. While the Iberico Secreto was a highlight—flavourful and well-prepared—other items such as the pizza / Burrata Ramesco were rather average, and similar dishes could likely be found elsewhere with better/unique taste. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I may reconsider this option for future visits.
