The juicy gyoza dumplings are hand-wrapped one by one and made with Iberian pork, soaking up the juices! The star gyoza is the huge fried chicken, twice the size of regular fried chicken, marinated in a special sauce for 24 hours and then fried twice to make it juicy. Lemon sour made with domestic lemons delivered directly from a contracted farm.
