酒店餐廳食物品種豐富，食物新鮮質素佳，海鮮種類多，兩款生蠔新鮮，蒸魚鮮味，其他熟食亦煑得很用心，中西湯水果沙律糕點糖水很美味，豆腐花很幼嫩。整體食物水平中上。加上座位寬敞舒適，員工服務殷勤禮貌好，是一間令人流連忘返的餐廳。

餐廳位置方便，環境寬敞，員工禮貌好，食物豐富選擇多，生蠔新鮮，蒸魚美味，即食麵檔叻沙湯底尤其好味，熱豆腐花嫰滑，水果、沙律品種類多，還有廚房出品的蒸包子、即做即煑的薄餅、烤扇貝、斑戟等等，樣樣食物都很出色。

紅煙窗餐廳除冰鎮海鮮多，生蠔雪蟹腳刺身壽司等源源供應，熱食亦十分出色，種類多樣化，不論蒸魚、中湯西湯、牛肉、雞肉等廚師煑得很美味，水果沙律蔬菜新鮮，甜品糕點糖水花款多，我最欣賞熱豆腐花，很幼嫩。差點忘記熟食麵檔的叻沙湯麵很好吃😋。
