The owner, who has been working exclusively for tonkatsu for 20 years, serves tonkatsu made with brand-name pork. We carefully select brand-name pork from all over Japan and use our own unique breadcrumbs, including Nakaya Panko. Utilizing our 20 years of experience, we carefully fry the pork at a low temperature to create a tender and juicy texture. The restaurant features a modern Japanese black exterior and natural wood counter seating. Table seating is also available for families or small groups. Private reservations are available for 10-15 people. From everyday use to a stopover while sightseeing, we have a wide range of options for you to choose from.
