The hot air ballon was cancelled due to unfavourable weather. Company informed us earlier by sending us few emails. Prompt actions have been taken. Responsible and efficient company. Will join the tour again if visiting Melbourne next time.

Please wear more clothes, was really cold that area (abt 5deg end of oct). Overall, it was a great experience!! Guide was friendly and breakfast included was really good (includes a glass of champagne)

It was absolutely worth it! I went alone with two kids, and a car picked us up from the hotel in the early morning. All the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. Everyone, adults and children alike, had a wonderful time. Afterwards, we had breakfast at a beautiful winery. They even provided videos and photos; the staff proactively helped take pictures whenever they found a good angle and shot. So professional! It was the most unforgettable and anticipated part of my trip. Although it required getting up very early, it was totally worth it.

The team pick-up arrangements were very satisfactory, the experience of the journey was very happy, the interaction with the team staff was very good, they were very professional and very interesting, everyone laughed. A rich breakfast was arranged after the event, and beautiful souvenirs were presented, which is really worthy of praise.

Fortunately, the weather was good, so we were able to take a hot air balloon ride, watch the sunrise, experience the beauty of the Yarra Valley, and see the activities of animals such as kangaroos. The staff was friendly and professional, which made us feel at ease.

After booking, we were told that the Yarra Valley hot air balloon trip had to be cancelled due to weather conditions! Even so, KKday could not refund the fee, which I think is not very reasonable! Fortunately, the local hot air balloon company later told us that we could change to other plans, so we finally made the trip! It was just that the location was changed to Melbourne city, and everything was worth it! The hot air balloon was definitely the most unforgettable and best experience of this trip to Melbourne!
