We got lost and arrived late for the meet-up, but Branden and someone from the office stayed in constant communication with us and guided us to the meeting point. Branden was kind enough to wait for us—thank you so much! We really enjoyed the tour. Branden, our guide, speaks English, Chinese, Korean, and even a bit of Filipino, which made everything easier and more fun. He was also our driver and even helped us cook at the restaurant. Truly a great experience!

We joined a full-day tour covering Alpaca World, Nami Island, and Gangchon Railbike—and despite the gloomy weather, we had a great time thanks to our wonderful guide, Hera. She was warm, friendly, and very well-organized throughout the trip, keeping everything on schedule while making sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. At each stop, Hera provided useful tips and background information, and was always available to help with photos or answer questions. Her positive energy really helped lift the mood, especially with the cold and rain. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re short on time and want to experience some of Korea’s countryside highlights in one day. A big thanks to Hera for making the trip extra special!

Plenty of photo zones along the tour, especially Nami Island. Enjoy the Gangchon rail bike too! Highly recommended.

My family and I really loved the rail station activity, it was so fun, the weather was perfect and the sceneries were great. Our tour guide, Reese, was hospitable, enthusiastic and gave lots of good recommendations. She was really helpful and informative, and even helped us settle buying some souvenirs as we do not speak Korean. She was also personable and would come and check up and speak to her tourists to ensure they were comfortable and I feel she went above and beyond. We would definitely book this again.

Totally enjoyed the day tour even though the weather is terribly cold. Laura (our tour guide) is friendly and makes sure give us an overview of the attractions that we are visiting before we reach our destination. She is also very concerned for our wellbeing as she advised us (before the trip - via the group chat) to be fully prepared for the cold weather by providing tips on what to bring/wear. We took the zipline to Nami Island on the spur of the moment (not part of tour - optional) and Laura makes sure we are able to go onto the zipline before she takes the ferry to Nami island. She makes sure everyone is taken care and well accounted for. Kudos to her for making this a well enjoyed day trip.

Our tour guide Lucia is good and able to brief everyone in english and chinese. Give clear instructions and friendly. Would recommend for a fuss free tour where we can rest on the bus while on the way to nami island.
