The guide was kind, the trip was smooth, safe and efficient, though when we were on our way back to Seoul, the guide was not there, and the driver just stopped in each stop without informing us where that was, so some passengers predictably were quite confused whether it was already their stops or not.

just be at your chosen place early, tourguide will come and check your attendance before departing. Very good info given by tourguide along the journey, no jam so reach Gapyeong / Seoul vice versa earlier than expected. tourguide will also add you into chatroom in case any new info. overall good experience

Trip using shuttle bus with happy lucky tour guide ms jallae .. she very helpfull and tell a little story about history of Naminara. And fortunerly at nami island still can see cherry blossom even though the season is over. Overall im happy for this trip.

Had an enjoyable day despite the driver was late and we waited an hour for the bus. The guide was very nice and she bought us Starbucks drinks while waiting. Nami Island was worth going cause all the trees are set ablaze with oranges, reds, and yellows. it was a beautiful sight.
