Your day begins with an early morning departure from Times Square in Manhattan. You travel by comfortable motorcoach with your bilingual tour guide, enjoying the scenic landscape of upstate New York on your journey north. Schedule

Day 1

To make the most of the day, we will depart at 4:00 am from the bustling Times Square in New York City towards the border between the United States and Canada.

The travel time until we reach Niagara Falls is approximately 7 to 8 hours, with a stop for rest. During the journey aboard a comfortable bus, we will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of northern North America.

Upon arriving at our destination around 11:00 am, we will be amazed by the sight of Niagara Falls. From various viewpoints, we will contemplate the impressive waterfalls while a guide in Spanish and English shares interesting facts about the world’s most famous waterfalls.

To have an unparalleled perspective of the falls, we will approach one of the selected observation points based on current weather conditions. We might visit the Terrapin Point lookout on Goat Island, which offers a unique view of the Horseshoe Falls, the most breathtaking of the three waterfalls.

If you have chosen the option that includes Maid of the Mist, available only from May to October, you will enjoy a boat ride to the falls. The journey will take place aboard the renowned Maid of the Mist boat. You may get a little wet, but we will provide ponchos so you can fully enjoy the experience.

After admiring the impressive Niagara Falls up close, we will give you free time to have lunch on your own. Once you are recharged, we will finally begin our journey back to New York, where, after 7 to 8 hours of travel, we will arrive between 11:00 pm and midnight.

Although it takes more than 7 hours to sit in the car, it is definitely worth it! A large amount of water falling from the sky can never be seen anywhere else! Seats are required on the Maid of the Mist, everything else is fine~

I'll skip over the splendor of Niagara Falls itself and focus on the tour. The tour departed at 4:00 AM, took seven hours one way, four hours at the falls, and another seven hours back, arriving back in Manhattan after 10:00 PM. The round-trip bus ride was reasonably comfortable, allowing me to recover from a lack of sleep. We even stopped at a supermarket during the intermission to stock up on food, so that was a relief. Our guide, who spoke English, Spanish, and a little Japanese, was incredibly caring and wonderful. We took a 5km walk at the falls, led by the guide, but proceeded slowly and with consideration for everyone, so it wasn't a problem. Since you'll get soaked on the Maid of the Mist, I recommend bringing a change of clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet. We originally booked for Monday, but six days beforehand we were informed that the tour could not proceed due to logistical issues and were asked to reschedule for the following Tuesday. Fortunately, the Tuesday schedule was still available, so we were able to go after a few exchanges. However, due to the sudden change, we had to make some adjustments to our itinerary, so I'm giving it four stars. However, the kkday support center provided very thorough support when it came to dealing with sudden changes to the voucher.

The professional tour guide also provides necessary assistance, but there is no Chinese tour guide, only English and Spanish. I hope there will be one in the future.

The service of the amigo tour we cooperated with was very poor. First of all, I was a bit repelled by solo tourists. I got on the bus very early, but he didn't choose a seat for me, forcing me to sit in front with a group of Mexicans who couldn't speak English. I couldn't communicate with them the whole time. My travel experience is all first come, first served. Next, less than half an hour after the car drove out, it was reported that there was something wrong with the car. Everyone had to wait for a new tour bus to come to the rescue. The incoming tour bus was detained by the police for speeding, making everyone wait on the highway for more than an hour. Something went wrong not long after setting off. It means that you didn't check whether there was any problem with the car before setting off. I don’t know if it was because the driver delayed for too long in the morning. He kept racing on the way back. The tour bus was very shaky when it was speeding. I have a very good impression of kkday's service and hope to switch to a cooperative tour company.

Our trip to Nicaragua broke down two hours from New York City on our way back. The tour guide said we'd request a refund from the third-party we purchased the package from. However, KKDAY claimed there were no issues with the trip that day, a complete lie. Even the police and a crane were called. We paid for an Uber ride back to New York, and KKDAY shamelessly claimed they had fulfilled their contract. Please don't buy trips through KKDAY again! This was a terrible experience. I will never use your service again, and I will tell my friends not to use any of your services. I simply cannot agree with the quality of service you offer, which only serves to tarnish the seller's reputation. It's not a zero, or I would!
