Arrived early to pick me up and brought me to many places and even additional places that’s not part of the itinerary during the tour. Offered to take photos for me as well. We were picked up by our tour guide, Jimmy, on time. the tour operator contacted is the night before and gave us Jimmy's contact information and confirmed the pick up time. This tour is only offered in Chinese, but everyone on our tour speaks Mandarin. Jimmy was very nice, on the shorter stops she will take you to scenic areas and take pictures for you. At the pier 2 art center she did a quick drive through the area to explain what we can find in certain areas and then let us roam around for about 3 hours. You can call her to pick you up whenever you want though. Thank you for the memorable day!

Driver 小禛is very patience with us as my sister not able to walk fast. We did not managed to go to Xizhiwan. But overall we are greatful that driver bring us to eat 鸭肉珍 and WuBaoChun. Thanks for all the help.!

My driver of the day was Kobayashi. There are elderly and children on the way, he can always introduce the attractions and take care of the whole journey. He also helped carry the gift back to the hotel, very intimate.

The tour was excellent. We saw many wonderful sites. Our driver Erin was wonderful. She was very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Erin also recommended very good places for our meals. She also took into consideration some of the more elderly people in our group. I would recommend this tour and Erin.
