Tour guide Loong is wonderful, caring and professional! He appears to be a companion traveller rather than tour guide. The itinerary is well planned and pans out well even with unfavourable weather conditions. Dinner is delicious too

Our guide (Dudy) was really friendly and awesome. We managed to see proboscis monkey and fireflies which was a really good experience. Not to forget that the food provided also delicious.

Booked this on the last minute and got in a group with mostly Chinese tourists, but despite the language barrier, our driver/tour guide Ah Kiong helped with the tour. Also, this tour pushes through despite the number of people booked (we were only 3 at the time - we joined the bigger group later on), which is a plus :) Was lucky to see at least 6 monkeys! and the fireflies were wonderful - it was unfortunate we had to stop it quickly because of the impending rain.

The tour was amazing. There were alot of chinese in the group I'm in. The tour guide was really good in explaining in Chinese (to the chinese group) and english + malay to me. He did a great job explaining to me as well. We saw a lot of monkeys and what amazes me were the golden baby monkeys (which the guide told us that it's rare to see 2 of them at once), male proboscis monkey and the fireflies. The food was good! The best part is watching the fireflies! A wonderful way to end the day.

It's good. At first we hardly find your kkday agent: 1 tour but after their staff was very helpful to lead us. This tour's guide Mr Thomas is a very kind person. Although he's not that good in his explanation but still he's done his best. Just because another 2 tour members late for 1/2 hour, the van driver has to speed during the way back. We were quite worried all the way. Other than that the tour is fine. Boat driver will stay close to tree branches for us to have closer look at monkeys & fireflies. Thomas also lent out his own binoculars for us to have a better view. This is not the first time I join kkday. Last year during my Tokyo tour I joined yours tour too. Everything's fine. Keep it up! I'm sure will book other trips thru kkday in the future.

It's was good experience. very kind staff and driver. Thanks Mr, Dudy. It was great tour thanks to you. Good food and we can see many monkey top of the tree. and there are manny fire flies, we can see taht at close quarters. really like chirstmas tree.

The tour was very good and the guide was very nice and professional. The scenery along the river and the sunset were beautiful. We spotted a lot of monkeys and fireflies during the tour.

Overall an enjoyable trip. Travelling distance was quite far. 2 hours journeys from KK. Manage to see the monkeys and fireflies. Tour guide was great. Friendly.
