This 2 Starhub Traveler SIM package for 14 days was great value overall and satisfied with the service. The Quay Pass was a bonus. However, there was a delay in the airport pickup. All services worked except incoming voice calls. A call to technical support did not resolve the issue but the following day, it could receive some incoming voice calls. When we moved on to Malaysia and Australia, data roaming worked well after data roaming was turned on. Even though this is a prepaid SIM, the 'Starhub Prepaid' App does not recognise the SIM. Instead the 'Starhub App' recognised the SIM phone number, so it can monitor the prepaid plan usage details.

bought this deal before but purchase it on another platform. Good deal and will purchase it whenever I have friends or relative coming to Singapore

Easy to pick up from the counter at the airport, activated within a minute, popped into my phone and worked as a hotspot for my wife as well.
