Lauren is a really wonderful and friendly instructor. The beach is very beautiful, it's the perfect place for SUP, beautiful clear water and you can see a lot of coral and fish and the water is calm so it's easy to paddle. There is a really cute beach bar where you can have snacks and drinks after.

Stand-up paddle boarding is fun for one person and one board. You can try various postures. Falling into the sea is also an experience. The instructor will teach you before leaving. If you accidentally fall into the sea, you will be helped to get back on the board, so you don’t need to know how to swim. We were worried because we couldn't swim, but the female coach was very nice and patient. The wind was very strong that day and we were being pushed around all the time. We had to paddle very hard 😆 but it was also quite fun.
