Terminal 1 Zone D lounge is 24 hours and a good place to rest for red eye flights. The staff is polite. Overall the place is nice, has its own restrooms. Not many choices for food, but the vegetarian noodles were amazing and the pork rice was also so good! We found tap Taiwan beer, coffee, tea choices, sodas. Not much bread selections. Seats were comfortable enough. We willl book again!

The Plaza Premium Lounge was a splendid sanctuary that turned my marathon layover from Bali to Houston into a genuinely pleasant journey. Tucked away from the airport bustle, it offered the perfect environment to rest and recharge. The lounge provided everything I needed to disembark in Houston feeling refreshed rather than weary. It was a first-class pause in the middle of my long-haul flight.

Easy way to buy lounge tix. Bonus that tix were discounted. Made it easy to gift/share with mom and sister who were in Terminal 1. Zone D was a bit full of people, but good place to relax and eat a bit before flight.

Area in section The lounge is a little small. Have to walk around to find a seat. In the shower room Because it is shared with other people who do not pay for the lounge​ It takes quite a long time to wait and is not very clean. There should be a section specifically for people who pay for the lounge. And there is more care for convenience and cleanliness.

Voucher was easy to redeem, no fuss. The lounge was clean but a bit crowded.

The only airport lounge with publicly available tickets – the Huanya Airport Lounge. This was my first and last experience! Breakfast was served, with drinks including soy milk, a standard Coca-Cola machine, orange juice, and a coffee machine. Food options were limited: salad, beef noodles, and braised pork rice – though the portions were small, you had to get your hands on many bowls, which was inconvenient. There were many seats, but you had to find one yourself. The entire lounge was noisy and chaotic, like a market. It cost 1100 yuan per person! Honestly, the value for money was very low. I advise anyone considering using the lounge to think twice! This Huanya VIP lounge is not what you imagine. There was no luxurious service, no comfortable resting space, and the food selection was very limited. I strongly suggest you reconsider before buying a ticket!

Take a shower before you get on the plane!! It's seriously so good!!

I stayed overnight because I had an early morning flight. I was able to borrow salads, alcohol, showers, and towels, and get some safe sleep. However, the air conditioning was too strong and it was very cold.

Very good! 👍 The beef noodles could perhaps have their saltiness adjusted; they're delicious!
