The afternoon tea begins with  Japanese Mandarins on Ice, followed by an exquisite array of savouries including Grapes and Foie Gras Tart with Caramelised Walnuts, Wagyu Beef on Toast with Caviar and Wasabi Aioli, Duck Terrine on Toast, and a Prawn Toast with Salmon Roe. The indulgence continues with a curated assortment of desserts, featuring  Jasmine and Blackberry Cake, Strawberry and Yuzu Cake,  Pistachio and Orange Blossom Cake, and a Nougat Glacé with Honey Parfait. Presented artfully on a stunning silver three-tier stand, each level transforms into a masterpiece of edible art, capturing the poetry of spring.
