One of the highlight of our tour in tokyo. We took a ryogoku cruise going to Odaiba and we really enjoyed it. Just show your QR code to the ticket office and they will give u new ticket. Staff was very friendly. And cruise boat was very clean.

The "boat trip" was great. We can stand on the deck making it rather a boat trip experience than a water bus ride. The voucher from kkday is super easy to redeem ticket at the information centre. Information provided for redemption location and bus ride schedule was clear.

The ticket office opens 9am and just show the staff the voucher and they will replace it with actual tickets. The water bus is clean and spacious. This is a great alternative, instead of train to Odaiba.
