I signed up for the whole experience. They made the winter tofu themselves on site and then fried it for us. During the meal, I had some scallion-flavored ice cream. It was smooth and had a fresh, green taste. The winter tofu was still crispy and delicious! Picking the scallions was just a quick photo opportunity.

We were first taught how to make scallion pancake and after that we put on the boots and hat to go to the field to pluck scallion. We were taught how to wash it and peel the old leaves off. A good experience.

It was super crowded at the farm despite the rain. However it was orderly and fully equipped at the farm. It was a fun experience for the family! Highly recommended!

Very interesting experiences making green onion pancakes and enjoying them fresh and hot! My kids don’t like green onions but was willing the taste the pancakes that were made by themselves.
