Process was very easy. As soon as we left customs doors on terminal 2, we saw a counter with a sign with our name on it. We verified with our voucher that we were the couple they were waiting for. Then one of the persons escorted us outside the terminal to a waiting late model sedan. The driver was courteous and delivered us to our hotel.

Had it delivered to my hotel and it was there when I checked in! They even provided a powerbank which I requested. Coverage was good, 3 of us had wifi where ever we went. Awesome service!

Landed and got a taxi at the airport. Pick ups are very convenient. Getting around the city and having wifi is nice

We booked 2 pocket wifi, claimed it from counter 6 in a breeze. Operating them was very easy. We used it for 5 days. Returned it to counter 6. From our experience, there were times when the router disconnects. Not sure if it's because my phone could sense the other router. Still battery does last long. This is cheaper than renting from my country of origin.
