I have gotten the 1 for 1 deal, and it's worth it! I leave the luggage with AirPortel at 8am and zoom to the nearby airport premium outlet. my luggage is safely delivered to my hotel when I check in on the same day at before 3pm

This is a really great service. Our flight was late in the evening, but our luggage was taken care of and we were able to enjoy the day carefree. They even sent us a photo of picked up luggage over email. And the price is good, too. Their Process 1. Send us a confirmation 2. Pickup luggage and notice us again. 3. E-mail to us when luggage arrive. Superb!

I bought a lot of things at ChaTuCha, stuffed them into my suitcase, and handed them to the staff. I continued shopping in the afternoon and headed straight to the airport in the evening. A great way to free up my hands! Recommended.

Handle with care, prompt reply with customer, so my luggages can get to the airport on time. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The first time I was using AIRPORTELs was delivery from the airport counter to my hotel, and this time I booked thru KK DAYS, the experience was pleasant. Might book thru again if I had lots of luggage, and spots to visit right after my arrival. Thanks heaps.

I wanted to travel light on the day I was leaving Japan, so I requested that my suitcase be delivered from my hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Since I could communicate via LINE, I was able to ask any questions I had, which was very reassuring. The only thing that bothered me was that when I checked my luggage in at the hotel reception, the receptionist didn't seem to understand the system very well. I thought that since it's a service that everyone uses, they'd understand right away if I just mentioned the company name, but it seemed like she didn't understand, which caused some trouble. However, I was able to spend my last day sightseeing without worrying about my suitcase, so I'd definitely use this service if I go to Bangkok again.
