Volendam, Marken & Windmills Day Trip from Amsterdam｜Netherlands

The seaside towns all look similar, but the stroopwaffle, cheese, and wooden shoe making show are pretty good.

I took the classic tour (no boat ride, no visiting of the windmill and wooden shoe factory). I don't know if it was because of the classic itinerary, but the tour guide ignored us after telling us the meeting time. In contrast, we had time to walk around in both villages, which was quite interesting. This time we took the double-decker red sightseeing bus. There are multi-lingual headset guides on the bus, and the driver has also installed a piano device in the car. When people get on the bus and before the bus departs, he will play pleasant and appropriate music, and accompanies it with some interesting stories along the way. He is a very lovely driver. Each of the three locations has its own charm, and the itinerary schedule is just right, neither too loose nor too tight. The cheese tasting place is reasonably priced, of good quality and delicious. The experience was great. We went to the cheese factory, clog factory, took a boat, ate seafood, and saw the windmill. It saved a lot of effort and time for a single person's trip. The tour guide was also very nice. I would like to do this trip again if I have the chance~~

It is a very weather-friendly trip. The weather was not good when I participated, it was windy and raining heavily, but I can imagine that if the weather is good, it will be a very interesting trip. The tour guide and driver are very friendly and often create a lively atmosphere in the car. The driver sings and plays the piano in the car, which is very funny!

The place Zanseshans feels like a forced attraction. Spending more time on the other two attractions is actually enough. The tour guides are very professional and can freely exchange introductions in English, Spanish and Dutch. Make your itinerary more fulfilling and enriching.
