Yellowknife 4D3N Tour: Aurora Viewing & City Sightseeing with Airport Transfer

The rented coats were very warm. I was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights for three days in mid-April. Although there were no activities to do in the morning, it was nice to walk around the city freely!

The tour guides Bill and Jeccica are both very professional and responsible. Bill will pay attention to the health and warmth of the group members in a timely manner and are very attentive; Jeccica's city tour is very professional and she can answer any questions no matter what. Her driving skills are amazing! All I can say is that it is so admirable to have such a responsible attitude in this icy and snowy place.

This trip was from 3/31-4/3 and I was very lucky to see the Aurora for three nights~ From the beginning, the enthusiastic Bill picked us up at the airport with a sunny smile and clearly informed us of the four-day itinerary. On the first night, Patrick took us to the cabin. A super enthusiastic foreigner also told us how to use a camera and mobile phone to take beautiful auroras👍 On the second night, a kind and shy uncle made me pursue something that is difficult to achieve in my life. On the third night of the forgotten aurora outbreak, Bill was able to drive, chase lights, take photos, start a fire and grill sausages all by himself🤣! I really admire it~Thank you for taking us to see the beautiful aurora and the starry sky city tour. Thanks to Jessica for the in-depth tour, which made me know more about this charming town. This is really an unforgettable trip and a perfect honeymoon trip🥰

After researching for weeks, this was the travel experience I ended up choosing. Overall, it is highly recommended. It is well worth the time and money spent. Especially recommended: 1. Skydome’s comfortable and warm aurora viewing experience 2. Dog sledding’s beautiful experience and scenery 3. Cabin’s hot soup and charcoal grilled Taiwanese sausage experience 4. City tour is a rich and interesting experience (I don’t want to explode) 5. The boss, Rebecca, who is Taiwanese, is very communicative and can share many recommendations for food in the town. 6. The tour guides Bill and Jessica are very enthusiastic and take good care of everyone’s mood. 7. They provide The cold-proof snow jacket, snow pants and boots are super useful. I’m so grateful. Traveling to see the Aurora is an adventure, but going to Yellowknife Town has the best chance of seeing it. It’s really nice to have Taiwanese people who are very communicative and take care of me while I’m anxiously waiting. Very warm, reassuring and happy. After my experience, I highly recommend this option to anyone who wants to travel to see the Aurora!

During the four-day and three-night trip, I was lucky enough to see the aurora on three nights, and the photo effects were all different. The local staff in charge were very enthusiastic and professional, and would care about everyone's situation at any time. Enclosed The snow jacket, snow pants and snow shoes are also very practical. I have been to Iceland and Finland to see the aurora before, but they were not as beautiful as Yellowknife Town. The airport pick-up service staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, and the people who lead the itinerary are also professional and responsible. They are highly recommended.

Thanks to Bill, Jessica, Rebecca and the driver for their service, which allowed me to successfully complete my travel wish list. Whenever the aurora blooms in the night sky, it seems to have entered another mysterious world. The charming colors and dances are breathtaking. It was so much fun! The guides continued to create a pleasant atmosphere and continued to make efforts to find the Aurora. Even while waiting for the Aurora, simple drinks and bread were prepared, and the cabin, teepee, and bus where we stayed were all in a comfortable environment! With a $50 meal voucher per person, I was able to eat at a famous restaurant in the neighborhood. The winter clothes we rented were also very warm. It was a perfect 3 nights and 4 days in many ways!

The journey was delightful despite a last-minute flight schedule change due to weather conditions, leading to a late arrival in Yellowknife. Both Jessicas graciously welcomed us at the airport. In freezing temperatures, Jessica, who is amazing strong that wears only short sleeves, provided a professional city tour, enhancing our understanding of Yellowknife. Despite the weather preventing us from seeing the Northern Lights, Jessica, Bill, and Patrick worked tirelessly to ensure everyone enjoyed the entire Northern Lights chasing experience. From interesting Northern Lights facts to cozy marshmallow roasting, Bill's captivating life stories, and his wife's delicious hot soup and warm bread, every aspect turned the disappointment into sweet memories. I'm eager to return to Yellowknife and choose the professional guides from Arctic Tours Canada for another wonderful journey.
