I chose KKday for my chartered trips to Dubai and Hua Hin, as well as for my recent airport pickup in San Francisco. Driver Wu was very conscientious, spoke Chinese, and contacted me via WhatsApp the day before. The entire airport pickup process went smoothly. Just make sure you have a good internet connection upon deplaning, and you'll be fine. This model boasts a capacity of five people and five 24-inch suitcases, but it can actually fit five standard (non-fat) 25-inch luggage. However, it can't be any larger, otherwise it won't fit.

I was able to arrange a meeting with the driver before leaving Japan, which gave me peace of mind. I would definitely use their service again.
