2D1N Nusa Lembongan & Nusa Penida Tour from Bali: Mangrove Tour & Snorkelling

The stay at each snorkeling spot is too short, about 15 minutes. One of the snorkeling spots had huge waves, and there was nothing to see. It felt like it just fell into the water and got wet. It looked like there was another snorkeling spot in the water on the itinerary. It was not an attractive place, and it was a waste of time and energy. Finally, the mangrove itinerary should be marked as a canoe itinerary. Not everyone has enough physical strength and backbone to complete the entire itinerary.

The itinerary is rich and the service is good, but the time is too tight. The diving period will cause a certain degree of burden for guests with poor water skills. It is recommended to shorten the distance between diving points. A long boat trip to three diving points separately will be too much of a physical burden.

The itinerary is very good, snorkeling will help to take pictures, but there is a fee, 300k can be retrieved, the scenic spot of Pedani Island is very beautiful, it is worth going. But the hotel is a bit old, the towels are stained, others are ok.

While looking for a 2-day, 1-night tour to Lembongan & Penida Island for a special trip to Bali, we found the product we wanted on kkday. There weren't many reviews from Koreans, but I made a reservation because I thought it would be okay after looking at the accommodation and schedule. The tour schedule we wanted was Devilsteer in Lambongan, western tour in Dream Beach Penida (Broken Beach, Angel Billabong, Klinking Beach) and stingray snorkeling at Manta Point. However, I was directed to putra 7 cottage hotel or scooby doo bungalow in Lembongan, but when I asked to confirm the location the day before, I was informed that they had changed to Suka Beach Bungalows, and I thought it would change depending on the local situation. However, I was in a similar condition and was traveling, so I couldn't keep paying attention. On the first day, after the Lembongan tour, I went to the accommodation at 5 o'clock, but my God!!! The toilet and shower room are on the first floor, and you have to walk up the stairs to sleep, and the facilities are outdated. There are only outlets and no lights on the ceiling. We immediately talked about the condition of the hotel and said we would like to pay an additional fee to change hotels. I received an answer that it should not be changed on the same day. While worrying about not being able to rest properly, I found putra7 near Google Maps, and if the room conditions were the same, I was thinking of paying and sleeping elsewhere. But... the room conditions are so different. If I had booked this place from the beginning, I don't think I would have been so angry. It felt like I had changed the hotel to a cheaper place locally. If there was no room, it would have been understandable if we hadn't made a separate reservation, but they said there was only one room left, so we made a reservation in a hurry and contacted kkday. Because it was local, we were not immediately contacted and we had to pay. Ruined our mood and free schedule for the evening!!
