We have booked the 2way transfer from Hotel-Universal Studio Japan for my family of total 6pax via kkday and very happy to get the service from this company! The agent has assigned 2 different driver for our morning and evening pick up and both driver (大海 & Zheng) is very good and friendly! Especially Zheng, whom the one who pick us up from Universal Studio, he is very patience to give us the instrument and wait for us while we have lost the way to the meeting point.
