Our trip was amazing. Randy was the best guide, not only providing interesting facts while driving carefully and smoothly, but also stopping to check on us, take pictures, and provide us with everything we needed! He was also extremely helpful and had a great, fun time with us while cooking corn at the hot springs! Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed everything thoroughly, had no problem walking around since the hiking is minimal and also optional if you just feel like resting. If you just want to enjoy beautiful views/great food, this is perfect for you, you can rest assured you will be in safe hands thanks to Randy! 🥹❤️

We had so much fun. Our guide was Mr. Jordan. We took the tour in English and he was able to answer all of our questions! We made great time getting to the park so we had plenty of leisure time at the locations. I would’ve loved more time at the historical trail but we were delayed a bit before departure.

I enjoyed the trip by Peggy. She is friendly and thoughtful. Kkday made a mistake of wrong pickup point from Taipei to Yilan. Peggy made the effort to turn back from Yilan to Taipei. Good effort for Peggy. I think there is still room for improvement for Kkday

Highly recommended, especially for small groups or solo travelers! You'll get to know fellow travelers and assist each other with taking photos. Check the Bong Bong Train maintenance schedule before booking. A WhatsApp/LINE chat group link is usually shared on the order page around 6pm the day before the trip. We took the weekend trip, meet at 6:30am at the FamilyMart near the designated exit. The tour departs from Taipei in a 9-seater vehicle. Consider bringing motion sickness medicine, as the mountain roads are winding. There are two stops at FamilyMart stores along the way for restroom breaks and to purchase food to eat at the mountain. No food is sold on the mountain, except for eggs and corn available at the hot spring station. We returned to Taipei around 5:30 PM, experiencing slight traffic congestion. Thanks to KKday for arranging this wonderful experience!

This tour was time well spent, we had a beautiful day and our driver "Big Bear" was very nice. We had a small van that could fit up to 7 people but we were just 5 in that day. Although the tour was in Chinese, our driver used Google translate to communicate with us, so there was no issue.
