I was fortunate enough to visit Takayama and Hida Folk Village in this trip. The snow in the previous night made the view stunning and wonderful. Even though visitors were only given 2 hours visiting each spot, it was still an unforgettable experience to see views totally different from downtown Nagoya.

Great that we were able to avail the 2 hours each for Takayama and Shirikawa-go. The tour guide was easy to locate despite of the many group tours at the same area. The trip was on time. Best of all we were safe and each member of our family enjoyed the daytour trip.

We enjoyed our day trip from Nagoya to Tayakama,followed by Shirakawago. 2 hours spent in Tayakama was not enough to cover the whole area, however it was beautiful and peaceful. Followed by Shirakawago, we managed to hiked up to see the beautiful villages right from the peak. Overall we enjoyed out trip and most importantly, a big thanks to our host and driver who hosted us well.
