Getting tickets both to Ueno Farm and the Asahikawa Zoo for the price we paid was about half the price of individual tickets. So easy to redeem at the actual sites.

Vouchers are easy to redeem at the designated cafe nearby carpark. Hassle free and zoo is very attractive with rare animals that can only be seen here.

The zoo was really nice with all the winter animals out! we used our coupon at the gift shop to get some omiyages!

The zoo is not too big and you can easily visit the penguins. They are very cute.

At the restaurant counter, I exchanged the entrance ticket + 800 yen meal voucher for a paper ticket. I used it when I ate at the restaurant and paid the difference. The next day, I went to a bar in Asahikawa City, and it seems that I was able to use it as a 10% discount coupon there as well. There are many shops and facilities that can be used other than the restaurants and souvenir shops in the zoo. I would like to buy this greedy ticket again the next time I go to Asahikawa. All the animals at Asahiyama Zoo were cute and soothing. It was crowded, but perhaps because it was spacious, I didn't bump into anyone and was able to take my time and look around. At zoos near the Kanto region (or maybe it was just the zoo I went to), you can't take your time and look around, and it's busy.

Asahiyama Zoo's online tickets were sold out, but I found this and bought it. I arrived in Asahikawa at noon on the first day, so I looked at this ticket and went sightseeing, and made a reservation for dinner at a restaurant that had the special offer, so I was able to eat a lot of the special soy sauce horumon. It was a good deal at 800 yen for lunch in the zoo. I would like to use it again next time.

Since I was not entering from Asahikawa Airport, I chose to exchange it at the Asahikawa Station Tourist Information Center. It was very convenient to communicate in Chinese or English. When exchanging for a paper combination ticket, in addition to swiping on the kkday app to exchange, the staff will also register your name in the management book, and the waiting time for collection only takes a few minutes. At the entrance of Asahiyama Zoo, the zoo staff will tear off your ticket and you can enter.

The food at the container house restaurant opposite the camp is delicious, and its cantaloupe ice cream is amazing. The meals can be discounted with package tickets. Highly recommended
