Mr. Chung was so great! He was so helpful and told us exactly what we needed to do even in English though the tour was in Chinese. He was not burdened by us knowing only English. He was still extremely helpful the whole way. He even went out of his way to get the best photos of us together. I absolutely would do this tour with him again! He was kind a courteous the whole way and so funny!

Our driver Mr 张顺发 is courteous, helpful and humorous! Enjoyed this trip very much due to his smooth planning and logistic arrangements. He even helped us to take family photos which is very much appreciated. Taroke is so beautiful and if I go there again I’ll definitely engage Mr Zhang again!

We hike up 小錐鹿步道 walk up many flights of steps but the view of the valley and the gorge below is so breathtaking. The path ends at the entrance of Shakadang Trail but this not part of the itinerary. Then we went to 步洛湾吊桥 suspension bridge. Below the bridge the turquoise blue water flows through meandering rivers along the base of the gorge. Lunch is a buffet at 天祥Youth Activity Centre. After lunch we went to 九曲洞 caves carved out by water long long time ago. Tour guide 伊先生 is very knowledgeable and explains the geography and history of Hualian and Taroko Gorge. He is very patient and helpful along the whole journey. We really enjoyed the trip.

Great tour~ Relax and see the main beauty of Taroko

We’re pick up on time at the train station. Then tour guide/driver starts explaining places we’ll be visiting today. Mr Lin did an excellent job explaining and making sure everyone understands. We totally made 4 stops on sightseeing. The best part was Baiyang Trail Shuilian Cave( do not miss this)! Mr. Lin gave us flash light and water bottles for everyone (Very thoughtful). Thanks again 😊

By chance, I met Buloh Bay. Every first Monday is closed. The tour guide suggested that we go down the mountain along the trail. This is also a good and good arrangement. Baiyang Falls has a very large amount of water and takes pictures. It feels like a special experience and is worth coming back.

The driver was very nice, explained the scenery along the way, drove very smoothly, the ride was very comfortable, and the time was well controlled, allowing us to enjoy a very comfortable trip to Taroko 😄

The itinerary is very well organized. You can explore every point. The driver is very professional. It is highly recommended for those who don’t want to worry about traffic but want to explore on their own.
