Danube River Evening Cruise with Beverage | Budapest

The cruise took 2 hrs with a welcome drink. We came early and got outside seats that were the best position to enjoy seeing the river side at night.

The scenery is good, and the sailing time of the boat is arranged just before and after sunset. The so-called "blues" moment.

We went to Budapest in October and the sunset was around 6 o'clock, so we saw a very beautiful night view on the 7 o'clock cruise. It is recommended to sit outside as soon as you get on the boat, because if you sit in the cabin, your view will be blocked by people outside the cabin, which will affect the night view.

At sunset in early April, I took a 7 o'clock cruise, which was just right for me to see the changes in the sky and the lights of the buildings coming on one after another, which was great. It was especially shocking to see the golden color of the Capitol Building after it was fully lit! But if you want to be outside on the deck to enjoy the beautiful scenery, it is recommended to wear a hat and scarf, as the wind is strong and it gets colder as the night goes on!

We spent two full hours on the cruise ship enjoying the scenery on both sides of the river. There were also free music and dance performances on the ship. Basically, I thought the drink options were enough because the food didn't look bad. There are quite a lot of nine points on the boat, but you have to weigh your own wallet for the price.
