We booked the tickets 2 months before the date. Received the confirmation and e-tickets about one month from sailing date. The process of checking in was trouble free. The sailing was comfortable and we had a common shared lodging for the night. There is a cafeteria onboard which served dinner and lots of vending machines for quick meals and drinks. Overall a great experience. Lots of Koreans are taking this ferry to Japan, so book the ferry well in advance to avoid disappointment.

The room was fine, but you could hear sound from corridor as well as your neighbour. No private bathroom, therefore you have to use the public one. There was a public onsen, small one, but nice. There was a canteen with korea amd japanese food, and a convenient store next to it. Vending machines are everywhere and hot water are provided for cup noodle or tea coffee. No wifi provided, but interestingly, i could still use my SIM card, though signal is not stable. It departed at 10pm, and arrived Fukuoka at 6ish, however we only got off at 730. No need to lineup outside that early. It was a great experience for me.

we had a smooth sailing. At first, I was afraid that I might fell seasick but because of its smooth sailing I enjoyed my trip. The only setback was only bending machine to buyour food. Thanks Camellia.

enjoyed the experience but it is not for the faint hearted. the ride can be rather bumpy at times, so if you have motion sickness, brace yourself.

It was very easy and smooth , there were many amenities and a good resting place. However they have no lunch service, so do bring food with you if you're departing at noon.

A cost effective way to travel from busan to Fukuoka as you can save one night of hotel stay. We booked a special twin room and first class room. It is best to take motion sickness pill upon boarding the ship.
