my group was very happy that the coordinator is flexible with the arrangement as we wanted to go the Ubud swing first. Adi (our driver) was very prompt on the pick up timings at each locations. When we were done, he was there waiting. I also feel that Adi is a very safe driver with his car passengers well-being in mind all the time. Our guide Yoga, for rafting was funny and entertaining, making it a very enjoyable experience overall. Highly recommend for first timers for white water rafting!

Wear comfortable shoes. It's fun. It's not hard. I got there on time. They asked me to swing first, so I did.

This was an excellent program. There is no problem even if you come with a family with young children. Guide Kim Ary took great care of the children and led the tour without making it difficult, so it was a very satisfying day trip.

There is a car to take you to the starting point, the rafting from top to bottom takes about 2 hours, the staff has a good service attitude, and a lunch is included after the fun

The driver understood the entire itinerary and purpose, and the itinerary was smooth. He also helped us run a few more non-involved itineraries (purchasing mineral water, exchanging money, and dinner). If the driver is willing to travel longer and returns to the hotel later, don't forget to tip more. (Thank you is just polite, tip is real feedback) We went rafting in mid-September, the weather was good and the water volume was acceptable. The service staff who helped with the swings were nice, but I forgot which location I was assigned to. There happened to be no one around, so I skipped the queue😁😁. The trip fee includes driver pick-up, rafting, and swing tickets (there are 3 swings + 3 attractions in the park, you can ask the staff to take photos on your behalf). Ubud rafting is really fun. My family also enjoyed the Bali swing, which I didn't do. If you go to Bali, I highly recommend rafting and swing.

Mr. Ali was very special.I had fun and his rafting technique was wonderful.The driver was a good person, but it seemed like it was his first time with a rafting company in the morning, so by the time we arrived, It was a miracle that I got change for 10,000 yen on a private car and private rafting trip that took me a long time because I was confused.

The itinerary is rich in content, rafting is fun, the swings are great for taking pictures, and the staff are dedicated to helping take beautiful photos from various angles. The driver Dika was great. He was very kind and accommodating. He met all our needs and took us to the Tegalalang Rice Terraces. The scenery was beautiful and special.
