The location is convenient and easy to go. There are buses directly to the hotel entrance. There is also a subway shuttle bus to go to the hotel. The picnic food is delicious and the check-in is good. The staff are polite and the environment is comfortable

It was easy to redeem voucher, the hotel is hard to get to - there are shuttles but not frequent. The fee includes service charge but you don’t get any service, they just bring you your food food they don’t even ask if you want to upgrade your drink. The location was ok not as pretty as the pictures.

The hotel lobby is spacious, and the restaurant has an elegant ambiance. The afternoon tea set was a delightful surprise, featuring sweet shrimp sashimi, eel tamagoyaki, salmon cracker pieces, and a variety of delicious desserts. They even had an ice cream/fresh fruit chocolate fondue, making it incredibly good value. The restaurant also put a lot of thought into the experience, with dry ice effects that made it perfect for taking photos – I'd definitely be back.

The price is very good value. The three-tier grill has a large portion and there is also a chocolate ice cream hot pot. The environment is quiet and the seats are spacious, which is very suitable for a casual afternoon tea. Although the hotel is located in a remote area, there is a shuttle bus to Kwai Fong MTR station.
