My friends and I celebrated a memorable birthday at HK Ocean Park Marriott. The lobsters were impeccable and the Chinese soup was the best on offer.

The jumbo prawn sashimi was very fresh and big. The other 4 kinds of sashimi were also very good, say Hamachi. The Chinese dim sum and soup were very tasty, which are of good quality. It is highly recommended lunch buffet, especially since it was a B1G1 deal. Super!!

Dinner has more food than lunch, fresh lobster, lamb saddle, scallop sashimi, stew, all delicious. The crème brulee is delicious. It's the Napoleon that's worse, not a layer, crisp for crisp, cream for cream, without all the layers.

I recently enjoyed the hotel’s lunch buffet and was thoroughly impressed. The hot dishes and Xiaomei selections were excellent—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The sushi was good, reaching a satisfactory level with a decent variety to choose from. I also appreciated the generous dessert options, which rounded off the meal nicely. Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to returning next quarter!
