driver details were given 1-2 days before. communicated via watsapp. texted driver when plane landed. he was there when we picked up our luggage. saves d trouble of trying to figure how to get to the hotel after a long tiring flight. highly recommended

Driver was early and professional. However, though we booked a 7 seater for 2 pax and 4 pieces of luggage, he said he needs to contact his company to check the luggage allowance, which caused some delay.

I really appreciated being able to contact the driver via text message beforehand to discuss details such as the pickup time and location directly. It was also reassuring to be able to see the driver's face beforehand through the messaging app icon.

Due to my mistake, I didn't check the text message and ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. Text messages are required overseas, so if you're making a reservation, it's best to be careful and check them. The staff were able to message me in Japanese and were able to accommodate my large luggage, which was very helpful! Thank you!

I had a lot of luggage, but they managed to fit it in. I'd recommend doing it early, as it can be a bit risky if you have to do it at the last minute!
