The driver showed up on time He informed us the day before that we might not be able to ride in a hot air balloon because of weather which was true and move over we couldn't see the air balloons eventually However, He gave us a picnic sheet , some Milk teas and snacks They were so kind that I will definitely choose them again for next time When I can see the air ballon for real I'm looking forward to next time! 돗자리, 간식다챙겨주셔서편했어요! They are very friendly. Although we didn't see the hot air balloon due to the typhoon, we will come again next year through them. They also recommended nearby restaurants and travel plans. It's a very convenient and interesting drive.

The transfer was on time and comfortable, and there were no issues with sharing the ride. I also appreciated the complimentary picnic blankets, tea, and snacks. It was also helpful that they dropped us off near the hot air balloon launch point, especially since the area is crowded. However, apart from the transfer, the system for the hot air balloon experience was complicated and unclear, and there was an incident where about 100 people who purchased tickets on the day were unable to board after waiting for three hours, so I felt that improvements were needed.
