🚙 Consultation and car booking After placing an order on the KKday platform, you can directly use the platform and the order-receiving personnel to information the relevant details and costs. If the order is confirmed, the order-receiving personnel will assist in the arrangement. It is recommended to provide the following information when inquiring: 1. Date and time (although the date has been selected on the KKday platform, the person receiving the order does not seem to be able to see the relevant information) 2. The starting and ending location of the bus (preferably a clear address) 3. The number of passengers 4. The size and quantity of luggage (for example: how many suitcases...) After consulting and confirming that you want to book a car, the order accepting staff will send an order link through the KKday platform. After clicking the link to complete the payment, the order is considered successful. After successfully placing an order, you can provide WeChat or WhatsApp as a friend method for easy contact. (The order takers and drivers I met all use WhatsApp. They don’t seem to be able to see the order information on the KKday platform.
