Muay Thai Class by RC Rachai Muaythai Gym | Phuket

Coach is very patient and friendly, and check movement details. I only did some gym bodycombat and less than 10 boxing classes in Taipei before, never had proper muay thai experiences. I did the 9am class there was only me, I feel lucky. Only one thing was ....on kkday it says it is 2 hr class, but there was only one hr including the warm up. In general, I really recommend this gym for muay thai beginners.

I have experience, and it was my husband's first time, but the lessons were tailored to our respective levels. They were very friendly and we were able to move around well, so we were very satisfied.
