Booked the motorbike online via KKDay, and received the voucher online. On the booked day, went to shop and show passport & driving licence. Select your choice of helmet and go over to check on motorbike, explained by the friendly staff. Return bike 24hr later, with fuel full pump as per collected. All is well! Good to take pics/video of bike during collection, to safeguard both parties.

I highly recommend renting a car! There are many places you can go. I recommend you to go to the zoo, the University of Sabah and a super delicious beef raza noodles near the university! By the way, we called first to say that we would delay the return of the car. The fee for the delay was quite reasonable and the return of the car went smoothly. It is a very good store.
