Jisan Forest Resort 1-Day Ski Tour from Seoul (Optional) | South Korea

I recently had the pleasure of joining a Jisan Ski Tour, and it was an amazing experience overall! The resort is conveniently located just about an hour from Seoul, making it a perfect destination for a quick ski getaway. Our tour guide and ski coach, Gogo, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, ensuring everyone, especially beginners, felt comfortable and confident on the slopes. His clear instructions and positive attitude made learning to ski a fun and enjoyable experience. The resort itself was well-organized, with slopes catering to all skill levels. As a beginner, I appreciated the gentle practice slopes, but there were plenty of options for intermediate and advanced skiers too. The facilities were clean, the equipment rental process was smooth, and the surrounding snowy landscapes were simply breathtaking.

This tour is very nice but the only thing is you need to prepare at least ₩45000 for rental clothes and others for the ski!

The tour duration is just right which is not too tiring for us. My girl managed to master simple skills within the 2 hours lessons and another 2 hours self practice. Our tour guide, Ms Crystal is very professional and helpful! Thanks a lot for her guidance! We have a lot of fun!

The tour guide is really nice (Ms Crystal). Even though the weather is not that good (raining), she is really passionate and guides us to the basic skills.. Our family are all happy and will definitely recommend it to all of you who want to experience skiing.

The transportation was very comfortable and punctual. The guide was very kind in explaining to beginners. I purchased the most basic package so renting the suit + helmet and snow goggles was additional (around US$38). All in all, it was a fun day.

We booked the Jisan full package ski tour, which included everything except the helmet + goggles rental (be aware to set aside an additional 25000 won per pax for this if you are considering the full ski package). Communication was great, pick up timing was confirmed the day before. The ride was very comfortable too. Our guide, Henry, was very patient and communicated well in English. Thank you Henry! We were able to try the beginner slopes for a couple of rounds after the lesson. Overall, the experience was great and we all had a great time!

We originally planned to go on this skiing trip just to experience it with my family, but our guide Jin was patient and detailed in his explanations of the skiing venue and teaching, which made us all very satisfied with this trip!
