Hassle free to pick up the tickets from the counter. There was a queue of around 5 pax, we were able to beat the queue given we’ve pre booked online.

The staff at the pier counter were very friendly and provided excellent service, giving detailed directions. I visited two years ago, and it has completely changed since then. I'm so grateful for the helpful staff who guided me so smoothly on board. Thank you so much!

This was my first time booking a "Mini Three Links" package ticket through this platform. They sent me a reminder and contacted the shuttle staff before my return trip. I had to pick up my ticket at the counter an hour before departure. The shuttle service in Kinmen happened to be with the same person; they called me as soon as I exited customs. I'll definitely book here again.

This was my first time booking a "Mini Three Links" package ticket through this platform. I asked several questions along the way, but thankfully we were on Line, and the responses were fairly quick. The Kinmen shuttle bus was clean and tidy, and they called ahead to contact me. Ferry tickets need to be picked up at the counter an hour before departure. Luckily, there were no cancellations or cancellations; if there had been, I don't know if customer service would have been able to handle and respond promptly. I'll definitely book here again.
