I requested that my suitcase be sent from a hotel in Phuket to Phuket International Airport. ・The first confirmation email I received said "from a hotel in Indonesia to the airport" *My reservation was definitely from a hotel in Phuket to the airport. I told them that it was wrong, but I didn't get a response for a while, so I sent them another confirmation email, and they only replied "Yes, it is Phuket - HKT." without any apology. ・A photo of someone else's luggage was sent as evidence that the luggage had arrived at the airport. (When I told them that it was the wrong luggage, they sent me a photo of the luggage when I picked it up at the hotel. It doesn't mean the arrival report to the airport...) ・I requested that the luggage arrive at the airport earlier, and it was accepted. Even though the scheduled arrival time came, I didn't receive any notification that the luggage had arrived at the airport, so I checked and they said that it was scheduled to arrive at the time before the change. (It seems they forgot to change the time.) I requested a time change, and that was agreed, but my luggage hasn't arrived yet? I received an email (without any apology, without mentioning the time change) The driver has just arrived at the meeting point. Email: → I went to get it but there was no one there. I looked around but couldn't find it. → There's no one there and my luggage is gone, what should I do? Email: → They'll be there soon. (Was that previous statement that they'd already arrived a lie...?! Give me back the time I spent looking for them...!!) Up until this point, there was no apology whatsoever... So, it was pretty suspicious from the first reservation email, but I was really, really worried and nervous until the very end. The reviews weren't that bad so I felt relieved, but I have firmly decided never to use their service again... Everyone please be careful.
