小佩 was assigned by swift and efficient admin team. Our guide took the extra mile to accompany, take photo and with us introducing places of interest. Share lots of local experiences making sure we are well entertained and informed. Our trip were jiufen shifen end with beitou back to hotel. Inclusive of waterfalls and beach watch out and dinner 10hours bookings. Lastly it was a comfortable, smooth and safely experiences 😌 ✨️ Highly recommended for private and smooth custom iternary

We booked a 10-hour private car charter with customised itinerary which covered Old Mountain Line, Shengxing Railway Station, Zhongshe Flower Market and Gaomei Wetlands. Pei Pei (沛沛) was our driver for that day, she was friendly, punctual and helped to adjust to meet our itinerary along the way. She went extra miles by helping us to take many beautiful photos and videos and introducing good restaurants and places to get our food souvenirs. My family was happy and enjoyed themselves, we appreciate her great service and will definitely recommend her.

The gentle, courteous driving, in-car commentary, and generous suggestions for places to visit provide excellent service. Even travelers who don't speak Chinese can communicate quite effectively using apps like the Japanese-made VoiceTra. If I go back to Hualien, I'll definitely use this company and request a female driver. While you can only go as far as the Visitor Center at the entrance to Taroko Gorge, it's cool and comfortable, so I recommend spending about an hour and a half there, exploring the surrounding wooden walkways, the kids' area, the exhibits, and the videos. My child regrets not being able to stay longer.

We went to Taipei with my elderly mother and aunt on a family trip of five. It had been seven years since my last trip abroad, but it was my fifth time in Taiwan, so I wasn't particularly worried. However, this time, I was traveling with an elderly person, so I was concerned about the suspension, and for the first time, I requested a hire car. The driver was a woman, but we used a translator to communicate and were able to enjoy a day of sightseeing without any problems. It was a very meaningful overseas trip!

It was a family trip with six people, including my grandchildren. We did plenty of sightseeing in Jiufen, and the staff were punctual in meeting us at the tourist spots along the way, so we were able to spend the day comfortably without any hassles.
