I found it easy to use the app and to communicate via WhatsApp call with KK Day Customer Service, who responded quickly and politely. Our tour guide, Ken Ooi, was very punctual, courteous, attentive and provided good information on the tourist attractions. After making the booking, I requested a change in my Pickup point. Although this was all sorted out in the end, it took a few phone calls and messages, as the change was not easily identified on the updated voucher. If KKDay's system could be improved to reflect any updates effectively, I believe this would improve the customer experience. Overall, I think KKDay provides good value and I will use KKDay for future bookings. Thank you KKDay and Ken Ooi.

It's a 5-passenger car and the driver is punctual and polite. The itinerary will be adjusted according to guest needs. The weather was nice and it didn't rain.

The driver, Mr. Shen, was very friendly. The authentic bean sprout chicken and white coffee were also very delicious. The Jonker Street also had the flavor of Hong Kong in the 1970s and 1980s.

Thank you CK TAN for bringing us a wonderful and enjoyable one-day trip to Ipoh. We visited Kellie's Castle along the way, ate delicious bean sprout chicken, admired beautiful murals, and had tofu pudding dim sum and delicious white coffee. Adults and children had a lot of fun and were very satisfied with the food. It was great 👍
