If you need to use the passport for identity registration, it's a big issue. Even the staff was helpful and tried to help the registration, it didn't work.

I went to the designated place at Hong Kong airport and registered as the woman told me to. I inserted the SIM card on the way to the hotel and the signal was up, but it didn't work at all. I couldn't use Line or anything. It's pointless. I want my purchase money refunded.
