The luggage arrived before I check in and the KK day support was very helpful

It was very easy to operate and the delivery was smooth. It was there at the hotel before I arrived.

2nd time use, and ZIM Carry service delivered my luggage from hotel to the next hotel. Simple process with reasonable cost.

Submit your luggage photo upon ready for collection and ZIM Carry service will handle the rest to your destination. My luggage was there ready for collection at my next hotel upon arrival. It gives me flexible to travel without dragging a heavy luggage on the road / public transport.

i was very impresses with the service especially i am travelling solo and taking public transport between town. Was worried how to bring a big luggage to board a bus. Zim Carry does the work for me from airport to hotel and in between hotels. Kkday service was very responsive as well when i was worried that the luggage was not collected from my hotel. They help to checked and responded quite immediately. Thank you very much and will use this service when i come to Korea again.

This is very easy to use and the price is very reasonable!!! Just have to upload a photo of your luggage on the day of delivery to Zimcarry link. Zimcarry will confirm collection and delivery by photo too. No problem with communication! Highly recommend.

It’s a really smooth and seamless experience! Even without texting much or at all it can be done! After their confirmation, i left my luggage at my hotel lobby before 11am and took a picture of my luggage and uploaded to their link (before delivery) and left. When they picked up your luggage, they will take a picture too to let you know they have collected your luggage and then after it arrived at the destination, they will take another picture again to inform you that the luggage has reached its destination. Saved lots of my time and energy by using this service and i can enjoy an extra day of travel on the moving day! Will definitely use again when i travel again the next time! Highly recommended! ❤️

No issue with ZIM at all. Punctual and efficient

Because it is a domestic flight, it is a little far from Exit 5 when arriving at Jeju Airport. But after arriving, I just said my name and checked the information and it took less than a minute to complete the check-in. I was supposed to arrive at the hotel between 16-19, but it was delivered before 4 o'clock and photos were sent back. After sending the luggage, it is easy to go anywhere, check in and pick up the luggage in one go. Highly recommended❤️
